If you check your build -> macOS -> build -> Products -> Debug folder you will see Todo.app. If you look at the icon, you will notice the default flutter icon. If you want to have your app standout as a unique product, you will need your own icon. Let’s fix that by updating the icons for both the Mac and windows platforms.

Icon Maker Pro
Open up the program. You need to have an image large enough to make a good set of icons. Find your png file and drag it into the app. Here we are using the Kodeco icon, but you can use one created for your app. Choose Mac OS X and click the generate button. Choose a folder. The app will open up the folder. Open up the Mac folder and you will see AppIcon.appiconset.
Xcode
Open up Xcode and the project, select the AppIcon.appiconset file and drag and drop each icon.

Ultimate Icon Converter
For windows you will have to do things a bit differently. Windows uses a single file. A “.ico” file. On windows there are many apps for generating the icon file but you will be using Ultimate Icon Converter. Open up the app. Choose the 48x48 version. Next open up the png file. Choose “Create icon”, choose the name of the folder and name the file app_icon.ico.
File Finder
In the windows -> runner -> resources folder, replace the app_icon.ico file with the new file, making sure you keep the same name.
